Light:

Calatheas thrive in medium to bright indirect light, but can tolerate low indirect light.

Water:

Calathea prefer soil that is consistently evenly moist at all times but not soggy.  love to drink from below where the water is delivered at the root zone, but the top of the soil is somewhat dry.
